Sam Ausmus III began the corporation currently known as Integrated Property Management Software, Inc. over 20 years ago in Pasadena, Texas - a short 20 minute drive South of Houston. Still located in Pasadena, the company is now a leading developer of accounting, property management and compliance products.

Integrated Property Management Software, Inc. offers Windows™ based products that can be used in a standalone or network environment. Primary components are offered individually or in suite packages as determined by your unique requirements. We continue to support our legacy DOS product users as they upgrade their systems to Windows.

Jed Graef, a regular NAHMA consultant, is our full time Compliance Director. He provides our Development and Client Care teams with bi-monthly certification updates in addition to alerting the teams about upcoming changes that impact our programs and clients.
